The Editor,
I would like to thank Ian and Tracy from Butler Mechanical Services, as a 60-year-old woman travelling with a German Shepherd dog when my automatic transmission pump failed (in motor home) .Unable to move, no vehicle and a dog they put me up in the grounds and their hospitality was unbelievable.
This happened on December 17, 2008 and after holidaying for three months in Western Australia.
Of course I called in coming back and once again they welcomed me.
