A caravan fire on Carlton Parade on Monday night has been deemed suspicious after causing $360,000 worth of damages.
16 Metropolitan Fire Service firefighters, supported by the Country Fire Service, were called to the incident just after 7:30pm.
Firefighters found the fire from the caravan had spread to trees and a large shed from the neighbouring premises, which was used for storage of new tyres, as well as a truck, ute and two trailers.
While no one was injured, the caravan and the shed, including its contents, were all destroyed.
Seven premises in immediate vicinity were evacuated as firefighters extinguished the fire, which took about one and a half hours.
SA Police is investigating the cause of the fire.
