Member for Grey Rowan Ramsey has announced Flinders Ranges Council will receive federal government funding to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Armistice of the First World War. Council will receive $4500 to restore the Craddock honour board to unveil on the centenary of Armistice. “This project is a fitting tribute to appropriately acknowledge the end of the war 100 years ago and enables the community to commemorate Australia’s wartime history and the 100th anniversary of the Armistice,” he said.
