EIGHTBALL: Round 11.

RSL Dynamite 10 d Central Bloods 6

Despite tying the second and fourth sets, Dynamite were able to account for Bloods with 3-1 results in the other two sets.

Clay Weidenbach continues to dominate for his team, winning his four frames. Strong support was provided by Andy Ripley, who won three from four.

Best players for Bloods were Brodie Tuip and Scott Mackinlay, both winning two of their four frames.

Travellers Rest Blue 9 d Central Red 7

With scores tied at 6-6 after the third set, this match was set for an exciting finish, and so it proved to be, with Christine White winning the final frame of the night to give her team the points.

The return of Daniel Quigley has given the Blue team a boost, as he was successful in his four frames. The consistent Shawn Reid won two of his three games.

For the Red team, Kelvyn Rigden won three from four, with the remaining four players winning one frame each.

PABC Shooters 12 d Travellers Rest Gunners 4

The ease with which top-placed Shooters accounted for third-placed Gunners was surprising and would be a wake-up call for the losing team.

Shooters had three players who dominated the match, with Rob Duke and Mick Freeman undefeated on four and three wins respectively, while Jason Boyd was successful in three of his four frames.

Anthony Grantham was the only multiple frame winner for Gunners, winning two of his four frames.

Shooters remain undefeated after 11 rounds of action.

South Bulldogs d PABC Assassins

Unfortunately, Assassins were forced to forfeit this match due to a lack of available players.

If anyone is interested in playing eightball on a Tuesday night and can help the Assassins, the Association would be pleased to hear from you.

RSL Cannons v Flinders Ferals

Due to the passing of Ferals player Terry Blaikie, this match was postponed and will be played on a date to be determined.
