Business Port Augusta have announced the line-up for their Twilight Gala next April, as part of the inaugural Green Power Festival - South Australia's first ever renewables festival.

The inaugural Green Power Festival will showcase Port Augusta's renewable energy focus, highlighting the town's incredible shift from a former coal city into a hive for renewable innovation.

The headline act will be well-known Adelaide band, Mr Buzzy and The Big Band Theory, who will bring their unique and energetic vibe to Port Augusta for one night only on April 4, 2020at The Barracks.

Also on stage will be local singer Gabrielle Ballard's band, Adelaide-based Abraska.

Abraska draws from the whole world for inspiration to create an unpredictable, delightful and unique blend of rhythms and sounds.

Accomplished acoustic musician, Andy Killcross, completes the line-up and will be at the Twilight Gala to entertain throughout the night.

Festival Director, Lisa Lumsden, said the Twilight Gala will be a great way to finish off the festival and celebrate.

"The Twilight Gala will be the grand finale event for the Green Power Festival. We have a great line-up planned and the event will offer locals and visitors the opportunity to dance the night away to great music in the heart of Port Augusta's Cultural Precinct," Ms Lumsden said.

The Green Power Festival will also include exhibitions, tours and a Green Fair, including an expo, sustainability market, music, performers, kid's entertainment and interactive science.
