Quirky and passionate ... these are the two winning ingredients that make Archers' table one of the most popular eateries in town.
The Loudon Road cafe has become a staple for locals and tourists, earning themselves another Travellers' Choice accolade in the 2020 TripAdvisor Awards.
Archers' table ranks at the top of the list for coffee and tea in Port Augusta.
Owner Brad Archer said he was "blown away" by the recognition during such a challenging time for the hospitality industry.
Like many, Brad adapted as best he could during the ever-changing restrictions of COVID-19.
"Initially we could do takeaway only, so we had to alter the menu, alter our service and bring in online ordering," he said.
"At the stage restrictions lifted, it was limited numbers inside and outside - gradually we have been allowed to have more and more people inside the cafe which has been good.
"We are almost back to normality now."
The seasonal house-made food and quality coffee are not the only point of difference for the cafe.
It's the Melbourne-cafe inspired interior, mixed with the heritage features of the building, that make it a stand-out.
A veteran hospitality pro, Brad opened Archers' four-years-ago and has been thankful for the ongoing community support.
"I have always been passionate about food and coffee and to get the opportunity when we did a few years ago was too good to pass up," he said.
"The support has been amazing and probably no more so than during the peak of the COVID period.
"We had no travellers and no tourists around, so to see that local support as strong as it was then was really fantastic."
