Players from the Port Augusta Golf Club were on the course on Saturday for the second round of qualifying for the men's club championship.
The qualifying round, the second of five, was sponsored by Simon "Snake" Owens and he was thanked for his support.
The highlight of the day was Ian Harris having an eagle two on the 15th hole.
Harris was enjoying a great day and he was named the division one winner after finishing with a score of nett 69, while the division two winner was John Fawkes on 70.
There were also ladies on the course, with the winner for the day being Ros Heneker with a score of 73.
Other men's scores saw Darryl Ekberg finishing on 69, with Chris Munn, club captain Richard Earle and Ryan Burk on 70, as Phil Littlewood and Bevan Francis claimed a 71, Mick Warren finished on 72, Peter Walsh, Merv Willis, Adam Wilson and James Brokenshire were on 73, plus Luke Snowden and Tony Benbow on 74, while Brendan Storer, Steve Hutchins, John Sharp, Ernie Dawson and Ryan Morris all finished on 75, with the quartet of Graham Heneker, Dale Crute, Simon Owens and David Oag on 76, ahead of Peter Crute and Tyler Tennant's 77, Mark Brushnahan and Randall Hodge with 78, four players in Damian Hodge, Barry Reynold, Dennis Bailey and Darryl Hudson with 81, John Kinross, Shane Mardon, Mark Benbow and James Harrison on 82, Bert Edwardes on 85 and Shane Brown's 87.
Other ladies' scores saw Julie Archer finish on 73 and Tracie Littlewood hit a score of 85.
The nearest to the pin on the third hole was Mick Warren, with Darryl Hudson on the fourth, Shane Mardon on the 10th hole and Julie Archer on the 11th.
